Start your day by greeting the sun with a series of about 8 fluid poses.  The transition from posture to posture is facilitated by either an inhalation or an exhalation which deepens your practice and flexibility.  This is a great way to wake up your body!

Mommy and Me

For babies 8 weeks old to not yet walking.  Moms must be cleared by postpartum doctor to participate and must provide doctor's note before first class.

Stretch, bond, and breathe with your baby in this special yoga session designed for new mothers and infants. Meet other moms and babies while you strengthen and support your postpartum, sleep-deprived body with specifically chosen asanas. Every class will devote time to gentle, hands-on yoga and massage for babies- aiding in digestion and promoting the sleep-wake cycle. Bonding postures and playful songs are also explored. Dress comfortably and bring a receiving blanket for your little one

Get your yoga in during your lunch hour.  A one-hour class to get your blood moving, your body stretching, and building your strength during your short lunch break

Class Options:

*Please be respectful of everyone else in the studio and arrive 10 min. before class. Doors will close 5 minutes after class begins.

​​*Students must sign in, register, and have a waiver on file before the class begins.

* Classes max out at 25 students.  First come, First serve.

​*No shoes allowed on the yoga floor.  Please put them in the spaces provided before stepping onto the mat.

*Bring your own yoga mat.  We have a few extra but if you have your own, bring it!

Lunchtime Yoga
Things to Know:

PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch!
