Let It Be... Yoga
Today is a new day- Start over now!
*Please be respectful of everyone else in the studio and arrive 10 min. before class. Doors will close 5 minutes after class begins.
*Students must sign in, register, and have a waiver on file before the class begins.
* Classes max out at 25 students. First come, First serve.
*No shoes allowed on the yoga floor. Please put them in the spaces provided before stepping onto the mat.
*Bring your own yoga mat. We have a few extra but if you have your own, bring it!
*Lessons are scheduled around your busy lifestyle
*You are a beginner and want personal attention without being overwhelmed or intimidated by a class
*You want to work more in-depth or go to the next level of your practice
*You want to learn a custom sequence that you can practice at home
*You want to work towards a specific goal or master a challenging posture
*You want to address a specific health-related issue like insomnia, stress, pregnancy
*You have an injury like shoulder, knee, back pain
With private instruction, you can deepen your personal practice, get your questions answered, gain confidence, receive personalized guidance, and hands-on adjustments that are tailored to your individual needs.
